4 Month Dr. Visit
Kate went to the doctor yesterday and is a growing, healthy girl. She weighs 14 pounds (between the 50th and 75th percentile) and is 26.5 inches long (above the 95th percentile). She's tall and skinny! She has eczema which has spread all over her body. The Dr. thinks that is why she has had so much trouble sleeping lately. Now that we have been covering her in cream and giving her benadryl, she is sleeping through most of the night and is back to taking long naps during the day. Hopefully we'll start resting again now!! It is a testament to Kate's happy personality that even through all of this itching, she has been in a great mood!

So what is Kate's nap schedule like? My sisters had vastly different experiences with their kids so I'm polling. I think Ethan is capable and ready for longer naps during the day with more awake time but I haven't pulled the trigger yet on making it happen:). I'm so glad Kate had a good report at her doctor's visit!
